My Easyfairs

With My Easyfairs, you will be able to manage your full participation for this event. After book your stand, you received an email with your logging to “My Easyfairs”.

Marketing & PR campaign

See below for a list of available marketing tools. They offer you the possibility to maximise your visibility before, during and after the event.

Please note that these tools are included in the services of your stand, so start using them now!

Banners
We provide you with static and dynamic banners of different sizes so that you can promote your participation in the event. We also offer you the possibility of customising a banner with our banner generator. Hurry up and inform your customers and contacts that you will be present at Empack and Logistics & Automation Bilbao 2022.

Digital and printed invitations
We will send you a personalised digital invitation with an unlimited code so that you can forward it by email to all the contacts and clients that you want to visit you at the show.

Also, upon request, we can provide you with printed invitations, also with your code and the event information, so that you can send them by post to your most demanding customers.

Empack and Logistics & Automation Bilbao is a smart event

All visitors will receive a ‘Smart Badge’, which they will be able to use to touch the badge reader on your stand to receive information about your company. You will then be sent the details of the visitors who have scanned the reader!

If you are interested in getting the leads, it´s necessary to book GoLeads, GoPlus or Go Premium packages. With the GoVisibility pack, you will not have the leads but visitors will recieve an email with your company infomration.

In addition, Visit Connect App

Scan all visitors with whom you have a conversation and who are interested in your product. You will get the contact directly and you can add notes and additional information.

Those with Go Premium, GoLeads and GoPlus will have unlimited licences. GoVisibility do not have licences, but can buy them.
