Minimum requirements:
• A proven track record in a New Business Development role
• An entrepreneurial person with a passion for proactively seeking and winning new business
• The ability to overcome objections and identify solutions to help secure the sale, while remaining diplomatic and trustworthy at all times
• Ability to prioritize
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in sales negotiations and closing agreements
• Solid commercial mentality
• Availability to travel
Desirable:
• Previous experience in the industrial and logistics sector
• A working knowledge of the new construction process
Responsibilities within the company
• Ensure that you, your colleagues and any visitors behave with due respect to the company’s health and safety policy, procedures and safe working systems when visiting customer sites;
