The New Business Development Manager role is responsible on the ground for securing new business resulting from leads generated by Market Development Executives and Sales Development Executives. There is also an element of auto-lead generation. Minimum requirements: • A proven track record in a New Business Development role • An entrepreneurial person with a passion for proactively seeking and winning new business • The ability to overcome objections and identify solutions to help secure the sale, while remaining diplomatic and trustworthy at all times • Ability to prioritize • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and oral) • Working knowledge of CRM systems • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven experience in sales negotiations and closing agreements • Solid commercial mentality • Availability to travel

Responsibilities within the company
• Ensure that you, your colleagues and any visitors behave with due respect to the company’s health and safety policy, procedures and safe working systems when visiting customer sites;
• Promote equality and diversity at all times while representing the company;
• Carry out any reasonable additional duties as directed by your line manager;
• Perform any reasonable additional duties as assigned by a member of the executive and senior management team;
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
