Basically what TicketBAI does is a chain of invoices, which are also signed electronically, which prevents their manipulation or deletion. This will ensure the authenticity, integrity, traceability and inviolability of the computer records, in short, that invoices cannot be manipulated or deleted once issued.
With Arquiconsult’s TicketBAI Module, the solutions:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365; BusinessCentral; Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision); Dynamics Ax 2009; Dynamics Ax 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, will be adapted so that a file is generated, with all the tax information necessary to control the activity, just before each invoice is issued.
This file will include two new fields, which will simply be the representation of the invoice data in another format: a TBAI identification code and a QR code. Once the invoice is issued, the file will be sent automatically to each Treasury. On the invoice, the client will be able to see that TicketBAI is being used, since the TBAI identification code and the QR code will appear along with the necessary information to be able to verify that the invoice is correctly issued: a fingerprint that identifies the device, program and user.
